CHAPTER I

It was one of those sunny Moscow mornings when Yuri Andropov went for his usual walking round. Due to his illness he was worried if he will have time to see the plan that he had prepared to the letter, began to be realized. He slept well, surprisingly well he thought, and had his mind fresh and relaxed. There was not much time left to start with promoting new idea. He needed to finalise some of the important, practical issues. While walking and enjoying the weather he rechecked the methods that will be applied and, he thought, used for many years to come. He was satisfied as his intuition was telling him that this plan was a completion of his lifetime purpose. He, while facing very complicated and entangled environment, struggled to balance between different fractions, and in the mean time to define it and to project the means. He knew that decisions he will be putting in motion will determine the long-term destiny of Russia, and its citizens. Mainly and only, and particularly Russia. Stalin’s words addressed in 1945 to the Russian people rang in his ears. He knew that speech by heart:

“J. V. Stalin

Toast to the Russian People at a Reception in Honour of Red Army Commanders Given by the Soviet Government in the Kremlin on Thursday, May 24, 1945
May 24, 1945

COMRADES! Permit me to propose one more, last toast.

I should like to propose a toast to the health of our Soviet people, and in the first place, the Russian people. (Loud and prolonged applause and shouts of “Hurrah.”)

I drink in the first place to the health of the Russian people because it is the most outstanding nation of all the nations forming the Soviet Union.

I propose a toast to the health of the Russian people because it has won in this war universal recognition as the leading force of the Soviet Union among all the peoples of our country.
I propose a toast to the health of the Russian people not only because it is the leading people, but also because it possesses a clear mind, a staunch character, and patience.
Our Government made not a few errors, we experienced at moments a desperate situation in 1941-1942, when our Army was retreating, abandoning our own villages and towns of the Ukraine, Byelorussia, Moldavia, the Leningrad Region, the Baltic area and the Karelo-Finnish Republic, abandoning them because there was no other way out. A different people could have said to the Government: “You have failed to justify our expectations. Go away. We shall install another government which will conclude peace with Germany and assure us a quiet life.” The Russian people, however, did not take this path because it trusted the correctness of the policy of its Government, and it made sacrifices to ensure the rout of Germany. This confidence of the Russian people in the Soviet Government proved to be that decisive force which ensured the historic victory over the enemy of humanity—over fascism.
Thanks to it, to the Russian people, for this confidence!
To the health of the Russian people! (Loud and prolonged applause.)” (1)

Yuri Andropov, as a charming womaniser, knew that the key for his plan to succeed will be the Russian people ability to sustain all the suffering that they will be facing during the first stages. That was necessary as the idea was to play with the emotions of the people and with the sick desire of the greedy nomenclature, hungry for money, and power. The bait was the enormous riches Russia has. The riches that made so many people lose their senses becoming blind and complete animals. He knew the levels of avarice of some of the medium level bureaucrats who were waiting for their moment like mad dogs to grab the power or to influence it for their egoistic benefit only. He was very well aware about their ability and wish to establish connection with western interests to help them with their looting! They hated Russia and Russians and together with their western partners were ready, without any scruples, to rob Russia as much as possible.

He knew that he can not fight with them openly and needed to promote the idea of change and to advance new people to the Politburo posts to balance the stubbornness rooted there and ensure the continuity. As an old fox he knew that the security services use special three stage method to promote new ideas. Mental, emotional, and operational. Then, when all three procedures are done, they go undercover and start monitoring, awaiting the right time to react and proceed further. Usualy the staff which is used to do that and act as controllers, are those who are not well known to the public but who have the authority and levers so powerful that they can intervene at any moment and eliminate whatever arisings issue that endangers the success of the plan. That is called everywhere the invisible hand, or esoteric influence. More about the influence of esoterics and their preparing of the future of the mankind you will read in following chapters. I have a feeling that even this writing of mine is in a way motivated by some plan that is conveyed only by intuition!

So, Yuri Andropov promoted Michail Gorbachev to become the youngest member of Politburo of CPSS, positioning him as the future candidate for the place of General Secretary of CPSS. He, Mikhail Gorbachev, was coming from the same area as Andropov and rumors were saying that he was Andropov illegitimate son. Coincidence or not but when Gorbachev was born Yuri Andropov was 16 and Gorbachev mother 20 years old. The rumours were not circulating without any logic. In those days it was not strange for 16 year old boy to have relation with 20 year old girl. Gorbachev became that suitable man who will carry the “change” thinking that it is his idea! I have a strong feeling that he was informed by Andropov about the plan. Not all details but the strategy as it was a way to keep it all, till some point, in the family. The results of testing Gorbachev and his wife’s reactions in different matters and long talks this two man had made Yuri Andropov that sunny Moscow morning to decide to proceed. Yuri Andropov started softly to introduce the idea of “perestroika,” leaving a lot of room for the idea to be accelerated by his protege Mikhail Gorbachev. He, ofcourse, put many different people, known and unknown in the controlling post creating maybe the code name “Andropov rules.” Those rules were there to be passed over secretly from father to son, from grand father to grand son. Do not be surprised to find out that one of the members and followers of “Andropov rules” was Vladimir Vladimirovic Putin. About the “All-Russian Extraordinary Commission” shortly known as CHEKA and V.V. Putin you will read in following chapters.

Now Yuri Andropov had his first man. The leader. Now he needed to be sure that the rest of the neuralgic places be filled with the people who were not so well known to the public. New faces always provoke emotions. Whatever their capabilities are. They needed to possess, however you find it difficult to understand, at least one of the following three features: greed, stupidity and narcissism.

When I say stupid, I mean those that do not comprehend the level of their stupidity making them the best candidates for the job. To paraphrase a quote of one of the Serbia greatest actors which says: “When you die you do not know it, so it is not difficult for you. It is difficult to others. The same is when you are stupid.”

The more serious question he tried to answer was how big would be the suffering of the Russian people before the process of destruction is reversed. It was necessary to provoke destruction.

But, Yuri Andropov knew! Any suffering now would buy time for Russian survival and progress, and will be used as uniting point fir the ordinary people of Russia. Again he was thinking of Iosif Vissarionovich Stalin speech of 1945! He knew that it was crucial for the long term plan to succeed to give to the sharks to eat as much as they want and make them at ease and lulled by their feeling of false greatness. The old bear knew that by then their intuition will dissappear and will give place to their instincts. The looters have the characteristic when “sucking blood” of others to enter animal(2) or demon(3) mentality types. And he knew that is the recepie for their destruction in the long run. That is what this “perestroika” was all about. It was a long term plan that future” partners” with all their thintanks and funds would not be able to comprehend the real purpose of it, even with everything playing out infront of their eyes. Let them announce a victory of the “Cold War,” as we prepare the advanced technology for the real one, Andropov thought.

He was absolutely sure that the proverb “Nobody’s candle burned forever,”so neither will theirs, will be proved true one more time. He thought smiling, that at least we make new candles from the wax of the old ones as they just throw it in the garbage. Simple things are not crucial, they define everything, he muttered to himself.

However, before deciding about his moves Yuri Andropov as a long term Chairman of KGB(4) sent a request to all KGB agentures around the world. They were requested to reply to one simple but crucial question: ”

“What will happen to Russia if Warshaw Pact ceases to exist and the Soviet Union as we know it shrinks?”

He knew that all the personalities on the receiving side would clearly understand the aim of the question and what was coming.
The rule that there are answers to every question in its wording was well known to all high-ranking KGB people.
He trusted their opinion and patriotism, and was at ease with his consciousness. He wanted to leave something behind and to be remembered by future generations that would live in prosperity! But first, he said, is to save Russia and make it powerful again!
His mind went back to 1953, the moment when Stalin died, and Beria was arrested and executed.
As a chairman of the KGB, he read all the documents and knew all participants and all details of that still highly hidden and little-publicized event.
He wanted once more to recapitulate history and make nearly sure that he would not have the opposition who would act as in 1953 or 1963.
Especially that, so well known in the west due to President Eisenhower’s farewell speech but still a secret in the east, the Military-Industrial Complex and crazy bureaucrats of the Soviet Union were very powerful and without any scruples.
That group of highly influential people, Andropov thought, did not care to sacrifice top-ranking generals to achieve their objectives. One of them is the major General Nikolai R. Mironov. Mironov was the one who, with another colleague, pushed and influenced terrified Brezhnev to become the new General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
That bald insidious smarting clown, Khruschev, whose granddaughter is teaching propaganda in the USA, was dismissed on the 14th of October 1964.
Mironov was in the plane that crashed in Avala mountain near Belgrade on the 20th of October 1964, together with many other world war heroes that were coming to the official visit to Belgrade. All of them were sacrificed to get rid of General Mironov. Tito did the “service” to Brezhnev as he wanted to stay without the witnesses of his cowardly behavior!
Andropov knew that they could try again to influence the decisions of different members of the Politburo, again using blackmail and murder techniques. And it happened with the failed coup against Gorbachev
But Andropov(5)decided! He was about to start promoting a new way to try to recover and reform Russian society first! The rest would be cut as cancer!
The key word was “RECONSTRUCTION.” Or PERESTROIKA!
He made up his mind when he got the reply from KGB people that, in the vast majority could be interpreted as, “NOTHING! THE STRATEGIC PROGRESS OF RUSSIA WILL INCREASE OVER TIME!” – no word SUSTAIN has been used at that time! That word was introduced later…
