From CHAPTER I

Yuri Andropov(1) as the long serving Chairman of KGB knew how the western countries, especially Anglo Americans are keen to take Crimea. From the time of the annexation of the Crimean Peninsula from the Ottoman Empire in 1783 by Russian Tsarina Catherine the Great who also provided a shelter to Jesuits when they were expelled from Vatican, first the British and with them France and then Italian Kingdom of Sardinia wanted the Russians out. They achieved it with the victory together with the Ottoman Empire at Crimean War that occurred from October 1853 to February 1856. However, by 1870 Russia began to rebuild Sevastopol. After Germany’s bombing of Crimea during World War II, Sevastopol was nearly destroyed, but Soviet Leader Joseph Stalin(2) declared it a “hero city.” Then the Sevastopol was restored to relect its former neoclassical beauty.

Andropov started laughing out loud that left his bodyguards surprised as this did not happen often, if at all. He remembered the anecdote about Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill that has happened during the Yalta Conference in February 1945. It confirmed to him once more that the decision he took and the cadres he have chosen to be infront, behind and left and right as well as the youngsters who will be developing and awaiting their chance, was good and the satisfaction lit up his face. What has happened in Crimea February 1945 that made Yuri Andropov laugh you might ask?

Namely the conference happened that had the purpose to decide the fate of Europe. It was held in the beautiful Crimean Peninsulas town of Yalta, with three main participants, Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin.

Both Churchill(3) and Roosevelt(4)got very much in love with Yalta and its mild climate. They both, knowing the history, decided to ask Stalin if he could ceded Crimea to them and, instead, receive more concessions in Europe. Stalin listened carefully and calmly said: “Well ok,” showing them three fingers- The Thumb, The Index, and the Middle finger. Both Churchill and Roosevelt were astonished, surprised but as curiosity overtook them they let Stailn continue. Then, Stalin poined out that he would accept their request that needed to be negotiated further as of concessions after they reply to his only one straightforward, and simple question.
He asked them with those three fingers open, which is to be considered the middle one?

So, Churchill said first-as the legend says- Joseph(Stalin’s name), it is an easy thing! Obviously, it is the index! To that, Stalin replied with the strate NO. Churchill, puzzled, stopped talking, thinking what the hell this question is all about.
It was Roosevelt’s turn. So-as the legend says- Roosevelt smiled and said- Naughty boy, Josef! It is the Middle one!
Stalin smiled and said- NO, Mr. President. It is not. Roosevelt and Stalin developed trust and respect that made their relation different from the relation they both had with Churchill. About that, you will read in further Chapters.
So, both Winston and Theodore looked at each other and simultaneously said: “but if those two are not, how comes the remaining one, the Thumb, can be called the middle in any case!?”
Then, as the legend says, Stalin smiled, positioning the Thumb between the Index and Middle finger, saying- this is how Thumb becomes the middle one explaining that this gesture indicates nothing for you, nuts to you!

Andropov was convinced that those westerners will never completely understand Russia and Russians because their view of the world is tainted by their ingrained urges for power and sick wish to rule all and everything for their egoistic interests. He and his long term deputy Viktor Chebrikov(5) both knew firsthand the western intention so well as they very extremely successful to collect informations from different western sources and to uncovered many spies. At the same time they were fighting corruption, recognising the level of weakness their society has. All this and many more make them to establish the methods that would, overall, be successful to first limit the damage, then to protect, and advance the society bringing Russia into position to promote new multipolar way based on balance of interests.

Ask yourself! Soviet Union is gone but infront of our eyes we have new organisation of independent states forming the group on much healthier principles. First BRICS and now BRICS+.

Practitioners, those that are against the “golden billion,” have been doing their hard work for a long long time. The other Practitioners, those selfish, arrogant and ignorant were slowly staying without followers as they were and still are unable to change to the better. Maybe, just maybe, they are not for politics but for business, so, again maybe, just maybe, many will be politically dismantled to join the new, very economically promising group of nations, with physiological human values…
