Mr. V.V.Putin mentioned President of China Xi Jinping visit to Moscow in 2013 and his speech of March 23 at Moscow State Institute of International Relations outlining his idea of new type of International relations build using Win-Win Cooperation as a basis! That was the speech which announced Belt and Road Initiative which, after 10 years gathers more than 140 countries.
