Well, living long and without fulfilment is worst than living shorter and going fulfilled and satisfied with what you have done in this world. What does it mean to be fulfilled, you might ask?

What is our duty as humans? Maybe the duty is to pass over our genes to our descendants, as well as to be remembered for our deeds, compassion and togetherness. To leave behind us examples that will be used by our children, their children’s children and so on. It would be a beautiful moment when you realise that you did what you wanted, that you fulfilled your dreams and wishes being ready to say: I had enough. I am ready to go!

I believe that then your soul will be flying around happy and posetive and that your loved ones and those that will be mentioning you for what you have done or said will be able to feel you winking at them from above and that they will wink back at you, with the smile.

So, at the end it is not about the quantity but quality which brings fulfilment.

By the way, I do not like the word concept! Word concept is somehow connected with competition and competition never brought serenity to anyone. Kindness did!

So, to finish, simple be kind and live life with full lungs free of any fear! That is how you will meet YOU and that YOU will be fulfilled!
