What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

We live life full of stress that is taking us out of balance, don’t we?
The state of negative feeling is bad, but it is still a feeling! So, first let’s be happy that we still have feelings! Otherwise we would become… machines.
So, recognising that we feel, even negative, we could start fighting our despair that is connected to negative feelings. How do we do that? It is simple and it gives results.
As someone, better then me, said, we are not what we think, or what we say, or how we feel. We are what we do! If that is true then the answer is already in front of our eyes.
Feeling negative?
Start DOING posetive things. Small posetive things.
Subsequently, do not judge others who might be the cause for your negative feeling by what they say or what they promise, but by how they behave.
The balance will reappear by itself when your soul is calm and you will be one step further to fulfilment and one day closer to eternity.
