In response, the head of the Soviet state told Baker that “a lot of what you said seems realistic” and urged him to “think about it.”Baker, at a press conference in Moscow on the same day, made public the resulting exchange, saying that the United States proposed, in order to mitigate the concerns of “those who are east of Germany,” to prevent the expansion of NATO forces in the eastern direction and stated that the unification of Germany, according to the US position, is hardly possible without “certain security guarantees” with regard to the advance of NATO forces or its operation to the east. Later, in its February 13 press release sent to embassies, the US State Department indicated that “the Secretary of State made it clear that the US supports a united Germany in NATO, but is ready to ensure that NATO’s military presence will not expand further to the east.”
The guarantees for NATO not going east were given to that unfortunate creature Michail Gorbachev. But orally!
It looks like he, his foreign minister, his advisor Yakovlev, who was for ten years Soviet Ambassador to Canada, and his influential wife did not know or worse, want to demand anything in writing! So, seeing from today’s situation, we can confirm that he was, or stupid or liar or traitor or all three plus blackmailed. Who he thought he was to sign Malta Memorandum to secretly give historical Serbian province of Kosovo to USA “influence,” and as a result to newly established( by Austro Hungarian Empire- see Bulgarian Historian Teodora Toleva findings) ethnic group of Albanians? He should give his ass first and only for trusting insidious Americans. Nothing else.
But long before that, Ukraine, as one of the newly established Soviet Socialist Republic, got Crimea by decree and as a “present” with one signature of then General Secretary of Communist Party of USSR Nikita Khrushchev, who was the one projected by deep forces to take over after poisoning Stalin and killing Beria. This decree was signed on 19 February 1954, just five months from his appointment as General Secretary of Communist Party of USSR, on September 7, 1953. There are no coincidences and absolutely no conspiracy theories. Only conspiracy practitioners, that this imbecile, who was deadly afraid of Stalin, was a part of! He, helped by the forces that survived from Lenin and Trocky times, made a deal with Marchal Georgy Zhukov to arrest Beria and become a General Secretary of Communist Party of USSR.

Let’s visit the 2014 and Ukraine Russia relations. They were completely influenced by the then and current USA administration, with a short pause of Mr. Donald J. Trump first presidency represents the forces highly influenced with personal and family hatred towards Russia and everything Russian. That inherent hatred modified the policy of the, at the end, poor deep USA establishment and brought us to this day. It looks like their motto is LOOTING NEVER STOPS!
In 2014, legaly elected President Viktor Yanukovych, just after signing the AGREEMENT WITH THE OPPOSITION GUARANTED BY EU AND PERSONALLY BY THEN USA President given to Russian President, the so-called Maidan started. It resulted in forcibly removing the elected President Victor Yanukovych. Pure, insidious, foreing organised coup d’etat. From there on, Ukraine became a problematic state as whatever elections were held since then were seriously shadowed by the events that happened February 22, 2014 onwards! But looters did not care!
The organisation of so-called Maidan was publicly supported by creatures from the US State Department, where one of those participants famously declared “F%&K EUROPE.” And she managed it. The consequences of that are felt by millions of Slavs, both Russians and Ukrainians! The first thing that happened immediately after President Yanukovych was removed is for the 40 tons of gold held in the Ukrainian National Bank to be shipped to the USA.
Coincidence? Nooo! The looters, oops, financiers just got paid for providing the opposition usurpers with power, further demanding from them to conduct strict Anti-Russian policy and deprive Russia of using extremely strategic Sevastopol naval base! They wanted all!
However, the people of Crimea, in vast majority Russians, reacted, organized the referendum of independence, and after the overwhelming majority voted for the independence, decided to ask Russia to join the federation!
In those days, so many terrible atrocities were committed against Russian speaking citizens of Ukraine, with one particular act of barbarity never to be forgotten, when Ukrainian right wingers burn alive 39 at Odessa union building. It happened beginning of May 2014!
It was the moment when Russians started self organizing in Donbas and Lugansk to avoid slaughter by Ukrainian fascists following the instructions from Western order-givers. Somehow, the cease fire, the fragile ceasefire, has been achieved, and negotiation between France, Germany, Russia, and Ukraine started. They resulted in Minks I and Minsk II agreements that, because of the strategy of the West, failed to produce lasting peace.
All those atrocities were the preparation for the Ukrainan forces supported by Neo Nazis elements that followed fascist policies of second world war criminal Stefan Bandera trained and supllied by NATO, to simply destroy everything that is Russian in Donbas and Lugansks. Even then, Russia showed magnificent restraint and did not intervene to save the Russians. However, the Russians of Donbas and Lugansk self organized and successfully defended their homes for long eight years.
The events that followed made the things to “Come to a head” and forced Russia to finally react!
However, Russia gave peace one last chance by sending on December 17, 2021, the draft for the agreement to avoid war to the main instigator of the armed conflict in Ukraine, the Baiden administration.

The proposal was rejected by the USA administration as sources explained that the Ukrainian army, supported by NATO, was planning to “invade” Donbas and Lugansk in March of 2022.
In order to protect the Russian speaking people of Donbas and Lugansk and by their request, Russia started Special Military Operation February 24, 2022.
But as many of you know, this was not the end of the peace initiative!
By April 2022, the agreement between Ukrainian and Russian delegation in Istanbul has been achieved, and the further bloodshed would be avoided!
“Russia would withdraw to its position on February 23, when it controlled part of the Donbas region and all of Crimea, and in exchange, Ukraine would promise not to seek NATO membership and instead receive security guarantees from a number of countries.”

However, then Boris Johnson happened! How this creature sleeps at night is a question the majority of us human beings can not reply to! But knowing his history, you can only imagine what he represents HERE !
He visited Ukraine just to warn then president of Ukraine( which mandate expired in May 2024) , not to accept the peace proposal and to continue fighting, pledging full UK support!
And the golden opportunity was lost!
Then, the NATO started providing more weapons, starting from helmets and approaching the long-range missles, discussing even tactical nuclear weapons, now at the end of November 2024, bringing us at the brink of nuclear war.
Russia, to make those imbeciles in the west to awake, have used for the first time ever medium range, conventionally armed balistic missle called Oreshnik that travels with previously unimaginable speed of 3km/second and can penetrate all the depths of rat holes. So the message was sent! The decision makers will not have a safe place to hide.
Will this be an awaking point it is difficult to say as, on the other side, the world is dealing with competing insanity! The insane are competing who will be more insane. Why? It is a simple question that, unfortunately, can not be rationally answered.
Will we avoid the nuclear war by January 20? It is a huge question mark!
