But as we are bombarded with so much news every minute, I got myself looking at the video from just finished competition for Miss Grand International held at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand, on 18 October 2025.

As words do matter, the words that got my attention look simple, but without practising the message shared, I think that we are lost! Or, as we are already lost, we will stay lost if we do not practice as a medicine what this lady conveyed just a day ago.

LET THE LOVE BE THE GRANDEST VOICE TO PEACE

Love and peace governing everywhere, starting from family and then spreading  to all corners of our planet!

Those words have been said with such a positive energy and such passion by one Emma Mary Francisco Tiglao of Philippines who won the competition. 

I got intrigued because she was not the most beautiful woman there in terms of measurements. However, her personality got all the measurements one could wish for. She radiates tremendous positive energy that, at the moments notice after listening to her inspires people to do good, be better, compassionate, react to corruption, and pursue for love, balance, empathy and respect. This lady managed to inspire  many of the young ones watching this competition.

Further, with her words, Emma Mary showed to the young generation how easy it is to find the purpose for existence and practice togetherness.

It even inspired me to write these words.

Her positivity reminded me of the following words I read some years ago and put it in my diary just in case. That case is now!

It is a little long, but it is worth reading it!

Love is, therefore, the privilege of the noble, if not always of the greatest spirits. Thus, Saint Theresa told the Devil that the reason for his wretchedness lies in his inability to love, whereas St.Francis sculped women out of snow…

Finally, love is the highest product of our culture. The primitives recognize only need, not live, nor they dream, but lust, The greater the culture of the nation, the more profound, formal, complicated, and fatal its accepted expressions of love. Women in such societies are no longer considered mere females, but persons, that is , gifted and beautiful works of divine art, graced with exquisite souls and spirits. “

That is what Emma Mary Tiglao with her personality, appearance,  words spoken managed to remind me of… Absolutely beautiful. 

Even if we might say that the lovers are the greatest utopians and love the ultimate and sweetest delusion, let it be as that is the way out of this labyrinth we are stuck in.

Emma Mary, thank you for initiating  more of the inspiration!  

Philipines showed once again that human intelligence will never be degraded. Emma Mary showed to us all that the power of the people, those peaceful, patriotic, freedom loving, and raised according to pure family values is the way humanity should proceed.

And for the end , I am personally so overwhelmed that she was voted Miss Grand International, not because of her measurements but because of her soul and personality. That, inner beauty, is what it makes her beautiful!
