Questions

List five things you do for fun.

Some are playing cards, some are running, and some are swimming.  Some are making TIKTOK or INSTAGRAM stories and reels, some are doing something else. I ask questions! What? Oh, that’s the first question!

We live in a world where everything is questionable. On so many occasions, questions are answered by other questions. So, to try to antagonize what becomes a habit, I decided long ago to start asking questions for fun. And I discovered that asking questions for fun becomes real fun!

I began telling my interlocutors, kindly but firmly, to avoid answering a question with a new question. I asked them to provide a clear answer. Whatever that might be. Whoever gave a clear answer and stands by that opinion would be treated with a nice, tasty, relaxing coffee or tea. Oh, that became really fun. And actually, that was how a real conversation started and became a new normal. New, healthier habit.

All this fun game started when I noticed that people were afraid to give a straight, clear answer. Not because they lacked the opinion, but because they were overwhelmed by different narratives and stereotypes. Anything going beyond those raised fears in them. Many actually needed help! That is why they were replying to the question by asking a question. They wanted others to commit before they would decide whether to commit. If to commit!!! And in many cases, the truth was not helpful! It was actually a liability! People prefer to remain in their own closed, protected self. They do not commit to anything that has even minimal repercussions. In all spheres of human activities…

Some were taught to do that by attending different “leadership” programs. You know Carnegie leadership and all others with different names, but with the same purpose. They aim to make you a crippled, unsure, fearful human being. Then they propose you as a leader. You will have many different “advisors” who will make you “dance” as others demand. The beauty of it is that you think that all that “dance” is your idea!

So, let’s play!

The question, common sense one, comes out. How did we come to this state? Why did we allow it?

Nice fun questions…

I already exceeded 280 characters that average reader is ready to read, so I will stop here!

Well, let me end with a question!

Why are we concentrated to read an average of only 280 characters and not 2800? Answer it if you want, straight, and please do not question the question.

And to tease you a little bit more! Are you for or against the lab-grown meat? What? Oh yes!

Nothing written here is out of context. It is another way to show that we have been played and screwed, by our own will!
