Write about your first computer.
Writing about my first desktop computer makes me nostalgic! It came to my life nearly the same time as my first Nokia chameleon mobile phone that I changed to a Nokia communicator. That was an amazing phone!
So, as I had my own business from early 1996, it was a must to get a desktop computer. It would make business transactions, reactions to inquiries, and general business correspondence faster and thus more cost effective and of course profitable.
As you can see, it was 30 years ago!
And all that have been achieved. But what I do remember and I have nostalgia about is a game! It was the first AGE OF EMPIRES! When one of my friends and I had time, we would connect through our modems (then it was a modem using telephone lines) and play the game! As we both liked playing another table game of strategy called RISK, the Age of Empires gave us so e extra feeling of adventure where our adrenaline became high and, believe it, have inspired both of us to achieve great results in our businesses.
We, of course, learned to surf the web and read many interesting posts that helped, at least me, to deepen, to sharpen my ability to read between the lines and recognise the methods used to hide the truth and advance lies.
It was a great investment and was repaid many times!
One is certain!
We all should use technology as a tool for our advancement. We should never become slaves of the same. On the contrary, we should balance between our time online with our time with the family and loved ones.
That balance will give you the meaning and make you a better personality and human being!
My first computer was the opportunity I did not miss, and today, 30 years later, I look back with nostalgia but am happy that I lived that experience!
Sometime then, subconsciously, the plan to start philosophyofgoodnews.com has been established. The plan that came into life 2017.
This question made me inspired to transfer more of my business experiences in the next posts with hope that it would be of some help to younger human beings!
I genuinely hope that I manage to inspire some of you!
Well, if not, I can tell you that I did reinspire myself!
Take care
