C’est la vie (That’s Life)

Many of us have seen The Godfather, one, two, and three. Here is a short six-minute part

Then you read Thomas Friedman How to Think About Trump’s War With Iran.

He says: “Fourth, we must not let this war to bring democracy and the rule of law to Iran distract us from the threats to democracy and the rule of law posed by Trump in America and by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel. Trump wants to promote those ideals in Tehran, even as his ICE agents operated for two months with limited regard for legal restraints in my home state of Minnesota and as he floats ideas about restricting who can vote in our next election. If the war in Iran enables Netanyahu to win the Israeli elections planned for this year, it will be a major propellant to his efforts to annex the West Bank, cripple the Israeli Supreme Court and make Israel an apartheid state, which would be a major blow to American interests in the region beyond Iran.”

It is the opinion of many that the alternative to the authoritarian regime is not democracy but anarchy. We can see it in Sudan, Libya, Syria… Further, the USA needs to address its illusion of giving too much importance to the leaders. In Iran, as we can see it now, the leader is much less important. The system matters.

A couple of interesting pieces of information.

Ali Larijani, the secretary of supreme national security council daughter, Dr. Fatemeh Ardeshir Larijani, was recently dismissed from her position at Atalanta Emory University where she held a position of assistant professor at the Medical School, due to her father’s role as a senior Iranian official linked to a violent crackdown on protests in Iran.

Looking at Mr. Larijani’s biography, I found that he has graduated in computer science and mathematics and holds a Master’s and a PhD in Western Philosophy.

He published the following books

The Mathematical Method in Kant’s Philosophy
Metaphysics and the Exact Sciences in Kant’s Philosophy
Intuition and the Synthetic A Priori Judgments in Kant’s Philosophy
Fresh Air
Reason and Tranquility in Governance

Formidable thinker and, as we can see, a serious politician with strong connections with Iran Revolutionary Guard.

He said that Iran does not seek negotiations with the USA. At the same time, a rumor comes that the Iranians had asked Oman to be a mediator with the USA to stop the war.

President Trump says that he is seeking “unconditional” surrender. This is the most dangerous statement of such a powerful man. “Unconditional” is bringing the idea of nuclear bombs usage if the opponent says no and continues fighting…

That brings us to the question. Simple question. Why?

The answer can be found in replying to the question -Who Benefits?

Does America as a whole benefit? If not, who in America benefits?

When you reply to the above, you get the truth.

Another interesting detail is that Mr. Larijani’s father-in-law was Morteza Motahhari, an Iranian Twelver Shia scholar, philosopher, and lecturer. Motahhari is considered to have an important influence on the ideologies of the Islamic Republic, among others. He was assassinated in 1979. Researching his thoughts here is what he was thinking about freedom:

“Motahhari defined freedom as the nonexistence of obstacles. According to him, obstacles were of two kinds. The first one was that obstacle could limit human and besides counted as a something get human not to do something. In simple word, obstacle could has the dignity of limiting and declining humans. The second one is to think about which declines the perception and introspection of the subject in terms of knowledge. According to Motahhari, aside from the realization of putting away obstacles, we need to give the spirit of freedom. He analyzes the concept of freedom as both right and obligation. He believes that freedom is necessary for humans. Humans must be free to choose their path voluntarily. He believes that, contrary to liberalists, inborn right has an ultimate purpose for transcending human beings.”

And there are many other views worthy of researching. Why? Because it shows that the USA and Iran can cooperate on mutual benefit basis and learn from one another. That goes for Israel, too. The message is simple. If you manage to make a friend of your enemy, you are the master of the universe! The title President Trump would definitely love being called.

Cooperation instead of bombing!

Cooperation instead of unconditional surrender.

Cooperation instead of destruction.

Cooperation of the majority instead of the destruction produced by the minority.

GIVE THAT PEACE A CHANCE. CONTROL POSSIBLE FALSE FLAGS….

President Trump has the power to organize all of that.

It is never too late.

The late will be if nuclear bombs are dropped. Just imagine if the bombs are dropped and the enemy continues fighting…

Very much hope that the choice goes to COOPERATION!
