Dear Darko,This is one of the rare pieces where my perspective is a bit different, although I usually love your writing.
I think life and relationships are rarely that absolute. Sometimes we make choices that feel right at the time, but later prove otherwise—and that’s part of being human.
I don’t believe that a “real wolf” must be either alone or forever with just one partner. For many people, the journey to finding the right person is not linear. It often involves mistakes, wrong turns, and difficult lessons.
Speaking from my own experience, it took me many years, an unhappy marriage, and a painful separation to finally find the right person. And that journey, with all its imperfections, is exactly what led me there.
So I believe there’s nothing wrong in searching—because sometimes, that’s the only way to truly find.
