I used sometime ago saying that one who is right before the right time, is not right! Well, that could be the truth if we are stuck with the rulers and not leaders!

This is the short story about some people who tried and succeed to change the world, and even briefly contributed for the world to become a better place, and some others that were not ready to accept warnings of the higher voices, thus causing tragedy for them and for the people they lead. Following those examples, you might say that people can not be changed, whatever we do, however we try.

But I deeply believe that if one person can not change people, one can change the course of history following advice of and accepting the “Highest Help” that will then manage to change people, providing them with a new paradigm. People follow paradigms, even if they are evil! So, by promoting HIGH VALUES we stand the chance to survive and fulfil ourselves.

Usually those people that inspire others are not widely known. Those that execute the advice from evil or good are. So, how we call those providing advice could be maybe necessary to know from the curiosity and historical point but usually they, or did not left names, or real names, or their names are known to so little and so few. Some are presented to humanity as founders and members of Theosophical Society, or Shambhala, or Secret World Government. But all of them are independent of greed! Before sharing some deep words let me raise your attention towards the name of Fulcanelli!

According to some reports Fulcanelli communicated in 1937 with Jacques Bergier (he was a chemical engineer, member of the French-resistance, spy, journalist and writer) to warn French atomic physicist André Helbronner of man’s impending use of nuclear weapons. Fulcanelli was convinced that nuclear weapons had been used before, by and against humanity… The transcript from the meeting goes: “You’re on the brink of success, as indeed are several others of our scientists today. Please, allow me. Be very very careful. I warn you… The liberation of nuclear power is easier than you think and the radioactivity artificially produced can poison the atmosphere of our planet in a very short time: a few years. Moreover, atomic explosives can be produced from a few grains of metal powerful enough to destroy whole cities. I’m telling you this for a fact: the alchemists have known it for a very long time… I shall not attempt to prove to you what I’m now going to say but I ask you to repeat it to Mr. Helbronner (later assassinated by Gestapo) certain geometrical arrangements of highly purified materials are enough to release atomic forces without having recourse to either electricity or vacuum techniques… The secret of alchemy is this: there is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call ‘a field of force’. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work.”

Fulcaneli( not his real name) left with us two books before disappearing forever: The Mystery of the Cathedrals, written in 1922 and published in Paris in 1926 and Dwellings of the Philosophers, published also in Paris in 1929. The third book, End of the World’s Glory, was also reportedly being prepared for publication, but Fulcanelli decided that the timing for publication of the book was not right and so it was never in fact published.

Similar to Nikola Tesla who understood that humanity was not ready for more of his inventions!

In October 10th, 1934 letter Helena Roerich introduces President Roosevelt with the opportunity to receive the “Highest Help” from the “Source” which is “observing and directing” world events into “saving channels.” She is informing the President FDR that with the acceptance or rejection of the “Help” he will decide about flourishing or the decadence of his country, presenting him with, or better, reminding him of the destinies of various historical figures like Habsburgs, Norwegian King Knut, Swedish King Charles XII, Marie Antoinette, Napoleon where she mentioned the “Guiding Star” that he neglected the “Advice” and overwhelmed by his pride he went to attack Russia and was destroyed. The same warnings were issued to Russian Tsar before the WWI( their rejection resulted in terrible events), and to Queen Victoria (about England to become just one of many islands and ceased to be the Empire) in 1851 when is said that Mahatma Morya( who is said to became a head of the “Government of Shambhala” in 1924) as a member of the Indian delegation had also his first meeting with another Helena, Blavatsky where he encouraged her to travel to Tibet. She continued mentioning “George Washington,” who “had counsel from a mysterious Professor and hence all his success. Likewise at the Declaration of Independence of America, during this Historical Assembly, the fact was registered as to how at the crucial moment of hesitation and indecisiveness, from amidst the audience rose a tall stranger who finished his flaming speech with the call: “America shall be free!””

As a small digression but important one please see below the whole of that speech on July 4th, 1776! Are we, the citizens of the world prepare to grasp the message and replace the word America with the word WORLD?!

“Gibbet! They may stretch our necks on all the gibbets in the land:
they may turn every rock into a scaffold; every tree into a gallows: every
home into a grave, and yet the words of that parchment can never die.
They may pour our blood on a thousand scaffolds, and yet from every
drop that dyes the axe a new champion of freedom will spring into
birth. The British king may blot out the stars of God from the sky, but he cannot blot out His words written on that parchment there. The
Works of God may perish: His Words never.
“The words of this Declaration will live in the world long after our
bones are dust. To the mechanic in his workshop they will speak hope:
to the slave in the mines, freedom: but to the coward kings, these words will speak in tones of warning they cannot choose but hear.
“They will be terrible as the flaming syllables on Belshazzar’s walls!
They will speak in language startling as the trumpet of the Archangel, saying: ‘You have trampled on mankind enough! At last the voice of human woe has pierced the ear of God and called his judgment down!
You have waded to the throne through rivers of blood: you have trampled on the necks of millions of fellow beings. Now kings, now purple hangmen, for you come the days of axes and gibbets and
scaffolds!’
“Such is the message of that Declaration to mankind, to the kings of the earth. And shall we falter now? And shall we start back appalled, when our feet touch the very threshold of freedom?
“Sign that parchment! Sign, if the next moment the gibbet’s rope is about your neck! Sign, if the next minute this hall rings with the clash of falling axes! Sign by all your hopes in life or death, as men, as husbands, as fathers, brothers, sign your names to the parchment, or be
accursed forever. Sign, and not only for yourselves, but for all ages, for that parchment will be the textbook of freedom, the Bible of the rights of men forever.
“Nay, do not start and whisper with surprise! It is truth, your own hearts witness it: God proclaims it. Look at this strange band of exiles and outcasts, suddenly transformed into a people; a handful of men, weak in arms, but mighty in godlike faith: nay, look at your recent achievements, your Bunker Hill, your Lexington, and then tell me, if
you can, that God has not given America to be free.
“It is not given to our poor human intellect to climb to the skies, and to pierce the Council of the Almighty One. But methinks I stand among the awful clouds which veil the brightness of Jehovah’s throne.
“Methinks I see the Recording Angel come trembling up to that throne and speak his dread message. ‘Father, the old world is baptized in blood. Father, look with one glance of Thine eternal eye, and behold evermore that terrible sight, man trodden beneath the oppressor’s feet,
Nations lost in blood, murder and superstition walking hand in hand
over the graves of the victims, and not a single voice of hope to man!’
“He stands there, the Angel, trembling with the record of human guilt. But hark! The voice of God speaks from out the awful cloud: ‘Let there be light again! Tell my people, the poor and oppressed, to go out from the old world, from oppression and blood, and build my altar in the new.’
“As I live, my friends, I believe that to be His voice! Yes, were my soul trembling on the verge of eternity, were this hand freezing in death, were this voice choking in the last struggle, I would still, with the
last impulse of that soul, with the last wave of that hand, with the last gasp of that voice, implore you to remember this truth — God has given America to be Free!
“Yes, as I sank into the gloomy shadows of the grave, with my last faint whisper I would beg you to sign that parchment for the sake of those millions whose very breath is now hushed in intense expectation as they look up to you for the awful words: ‘You are free.’ ”

We do not know who he was, where he came from, and where he departed to! But! But he has done his mission! I am so sure that among us there are many like this tall man, that will react, or that reacted already in many places around OUR EARTH!

The America had luck to have the leader as President Roosevelt who listened and learned and practiced what has been conveyed to him while being actively patient!

After the WWII, the USA became world power exactly because of reconstruction which Helena Roerich mentioned in her next letter of November 1934, part of which we are passing over to you. “November 15th, 1934
Mr. President,
Your message was transmitted to me. I am happy that Your great heart has
so beautifully accepted the Message and Your light-bearing mind was free from
prejudice, this horrible contagion which extinguishes in us the divine and creative fire of faith. Precisely Your faith in the New Constructiveness and Your
open mind will help me to unfold before You gradually the entire Plan of the
New Construction, in which You and Your Country are destined to play such a
great part.
My heart rejoices to transmit to You the following Great Words: “Despite
opposition, the Country knew not a more Beloved President. His fame will
grow. It is thus Ordained.”
Now I shall quote verbatim Indications received, referring to the most
essential questions.

1. “Intentions are being nurtured to involve the country into war. The attempt will come from two sides. One attempt will come through a provocation
   from the land in the East, the other attempt through the instigation from the
   land beyond the ocean, on the ground of protection of China. Should even the opinion of the nation be in favour of war, one must not yield, for the Country faces reconstruction, which will place it on a height. These attempts must be vigilantly watched, for the pressure must be overcome. The Country must not disarm, on the contrary, let its might be felt. And though the nation may be against the armament, one must not give in, for no one will dare attack a mighty Ruler.”
2. “The power beyond the ocean is an illusory power. This departing power
   does not nurture feelings other than hatred and jealousy towards Your Country.”
3. “Many are the evil omens above the country of the East. The manifestation of Cosmic perturbations will shake its power. But vigilantly must the attempts be watched, for they will result in war challenges. Thus let the President beware of conflicts. It is necessary that those who surround the President should not spread rumours about his unfriendliness to the land in the East, for they often give out their own opinion for the President’s words. Thus this essential question is of primary importance.”
4. “The Middle West of the U.S.A. is threatened with bad crops, hence it is
   useful to make provisions of grain and sow North and East; wheat may especially suffer.”
5. “We send Musk* to be taken when fatigued.” — My entrusted one will
   transmit to You all indications about the properties of this wondrous remedy,
   which lends strength and balance to the nervous system as well as being a preventive against many ailments. In case You appreciate its effects, I shall be glad to send You more.
   I shall end this message with the indication that in back of all the misfortunes of the Country, in back of all enemies of the Country stand those, whose name my entrusted one will reveal to You. But their downfall is decided, the coming decade will witness this great decline. I know that Your great and valiant heart will manifest all possibilities for the preordained to be accomplished in all its might and beauty, therefore joy is abiding in my soul.
   Austere is the time, but beautiful, for it is the time of the greatest Reconstruction in history and so many possibilities unfold before those, who proceed under the Protection of the Hand Holding the Helm of the World.…”

*Musk is of course not Elon but Musk was a name originally given to a substance with a strong odour obtained from a gland of the musk deer. The substance has been used as a popular perfume fixative since ancient times and is one of the most expensive animal products in the world. The name originates from the Late Greek μόσχος ‘moskhos’, from Persian mushk and Sanskrit मुष्क muṣka (lit. ’testicle’)[3] derived from Proto-Indo-Serbian noun mush ( mushkarac- meaning Men). The deer gland was thought to resemble a scrotum. It is applied to various plants and animals of similar smell (e.g. muskox) and has come to encompass a wide variety of aromatic substances with similar odour, despite their often differing chemical structures and molecular shapes.

In this absolutely inspirational book with Helena Roerich letters you find many similarities with today events. One is Helena’s observation about the Europe and greed! Nothing has changed, it became just worst, till I am sure will become much better! We need leaders, not rulers, and they will appear!
