In his latest Valdai  conference speech and Q&A session, Mr. Putin said many crucial things and gave his opinion on as many different subjects.

He showed to the world, as Russian citizens already know, how sharp, clear, consistent, and accurate his thoughts are.

What is important to remind all is how all this situation started and developed to today’s mess!

First was the expansion of NATO to the East, contrary to the gentleman’s agreements between Soviet Union, Russia, and the West that was breached by the West and continued with an absolute disaster of the 1999 bombing of Serbia and it’s capital Belgrade without any UN decision as Serbia did not attack any foreign territory but was defending its own from terrorist insurgency of Albanians, the “nation” formed from many tribes by Austro-Hungarian Empire and supported by Britain to oppose advancement of Kingdom of Serbia towards Adriatic sea.

19 “brave” NATO countries at the time bombed one sovereign nation for 78 days to unlawfully take 14% of its territory!

Mr. Putin mentioned and recognised the “balance politics of ex Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić” wishing him all the success in comming elections and his bid for the Prime Minister position!

When asked by the host if he was “confused” by recent Zelenskyy visit to Belgrade, he made a remark that I used as the title for this short post, showing how one serious politician is analysing different situations…

It is a message to all other leaders who many times look and act like confused personalities, especially when Russia is warning about the possible high risk of using nuclear weapons.

Well, the confirmation that something is changing we could see in a “simple” non invitation to some NATO countries for the upcoming NATO summit in Poland… And by the way, Poland cancelled its request to stock nuclear weapons on its territory. Wise people…
