“Inherit the Wind,” Novak Djokovic
Integrity lost AO closed. Whatever the wishes. It is closed.
Poor people. For sure, they did not bother to read Thomas Paine!
“Time makes more converts than a reason!” and even more important
“Do to others what you would like them to do to you!”
Some years ago, when in London, I went to see a theatrical performance at Old Vic Theatre starring Kevin Spacey, who was then a newly appointed artistic director of this 204-year-old theatre!
The play’s name is as the title of this story, INHERIT THE WIND.
It is called the most moving and meaningful play in American Theatre.
The trial is set up as the professor is arrested for teaching evolution to his science class. It is a trial against free will and free speech. Evolution, religion, tennis, science, box, or athletics, no matter!
All those thinking that winning the case by harassing human beings will bring them gains are terribly wrong and minor.
This is what happened in that smallest continent with such an insidious governing bunch of extremes. Novak Djokovic is deported, but he WON! The tournament is closed. The matches will be played, but the tournament is degraded and closed. It lost integrity!
On the contrary, Novak Djokovic, having most of those small people called tennis players without any integrity, being sold to who knows what and which interests, showed what it is to have a stance and fight for it! For that he is being hated!
All this was a repetition of the trial in Inherit the Wind! It was like the ” Roman Circus,” having statements from another tennis player who showed his authentic self by saying, “I would like Djokovic not to play,” and some disastrous commentators and ridiculous caricatures spreading hate and division.
“It’s the loneliest feeling in the world: to find yourself standing up when everybody else is sitting down. To have everybody look at you and say, ‘What’s the matter with him?’ I know. I know what it feels like. Walking down an empty street, listening to the sound of your own footsteps. Shutters closed, blinds drawn, doors locked against you. And you aren’t sure whether you’re walking toward something or if you’re just walking away.”
However, Novak is a WINNER! Winner.
Novak stood for all, even being deported maliciously and insidiously, and treated like a common criminal! The positive and tiny light that the people from that tragic smallest continent could build on is the stance of the first JUDGE! The JUDGE who, if he existed in the play “Inherit the Wind,” would definitely stand with the accused professor teaching the evolution to the children in the society of highly manipulated people.
To use the words from the introduction of the play:
“His trial was a Roman circus. The chief gladiators were the two great legal giants of the century. Like two bull elephants locked in mortal combat, they bellowed and roared imprecations and abuse. The spectators sat uneasily in the sweltering heat with murder in their hears, barely able to restrain themselves. At stake was the freedom of every American.” Freedom of every American and every citizen of the World! America used to stand for that!
The decisions those bunch of extremes and manipulators took, will determine their destiny. However, time is lost, but experience and awareness are gained!
Novak Djokovic is guilty of jumping when the others are asleep and do not realize it! “Only when a man realizes that he is at sleep, it is possible to say that he is on the way of awakening.”
The majority of the governing bodies are in a state of sleep, and like that, no one will remember them. They are just passers-by programmed to make life of us, THE PEOPLE, difficult.
They deported a NINE times champion of the tournament! They expelled the person with high INTEGRITY and STANCE! They deported the person who practices togetherness and shares his genuine thoughts, helping his fellow colleagues in difficult times. Now, only one, ONE, and I salute Nick, stated support for him! The Greek one who got help from him was the first to criticize him, and the Spanish one showed how little a creature he is.
Little gain for a HUGE loss, as the loss comes from consciousness if they have one.
Times are changing! Humanity will not tolerate manipulators of the people! Whatever economic power they have! “Enough” is approaching fast!
And real fast! The decadence can not be cured, as it is an irrevocable sign of destruction! WE, THE PEOPLE, need to go back to fundamental values! Family! Love! Freedom of choice!
